Tim Clark graduated from Austin College, in Sherman Texas, with a BA in Environmental Science & Political Science. After graduation, Tim spent half the year working as a snowmaker and groomer at Heavenly ski resort in South Lake Tahoe.  Since joining aci consulting, Tim has been involved with various projects such as jurisdictional waters assessments, karst surveys, ongoing soil studies investigating rainfall infiltration and runoff levels on the State Highway 45 South Project and Tim will also served as an environmental compliance inspector for State Highway 45 Southeast.
