Matt Clark received his BA in Geography and Government from the University of Texas at Austin. Since joining aci consulting, Matt has been involved with various projects such as karst surveys, City of Austin environmental assessments, endangered species habitat assessments, Phase 1 ESA’s, Section 404 Nationwide Permits, and Section 404 Individual Permits. Matt’s extensive background in GIS compliments aci consulting’s services and has been integral in numerous large scale transportation and infrastructure projects.
