State Highway 45 SE, Travis County, Texas
aci consulting assisted Zachry Construction Corporation during the design/build of a 7.4-mile tollway connecting IH 35 and US 183/ SH130 in southeast Travis County, Texas.

aci consulting served as the Environmental Compliance Team under the Comprehensive Development Agreement (CDA).  This role included various tasks associated not only with construction services, but natural resources, cultural resources, and earth services.

Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan
aci consulting is assisting various clients with Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3) services.  This includes bi-weekly monitoring of best management practices (BMPs), SWP3 design, and independent consulting of the effectiveness and efficiency of controls. 

Section 404 Permit Monitoring
aci consulting conducts semi-annual and annual Clean Water Act compliance monitoring for a host of clients.  The Unites States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) commonly require compliance monitoring as a condition of nationwide permit authorization and individual permitting.  Compliance includes water quality pond construction and planting, mitigation planting, and others.

The Oasis Restaurant, Travis Country, Texas
The national landmark, The Oasis Restaurant, was struck by lightning in 2004.  The majority of the multiple Cliffside decks overlooking Lake Travis were ruined by the fire which ensued.

aci consulting has been assisting the restaurant since reconstruction began by testing materials prior to disposal and construction controls to expedute the reconstruction of the deck facilities.

Robertson Hill, Austin, Texas
aci consulting provided archaeological monitoring during the ground moving phase of construction on the Robertson Hill tract near the French Legation in central east Austin.  The services include monitoring and curation of all artifacts encountered during construction.
