Jack Bestall

Regional Director, Intermountain West

With an extensive track record in environmental compliance, planning, design and construction working in the public and private sectors in the west, Jack is responsible for aci’s regional operations and project management based in Denver.  His experience includes managing projects with NEPA documents (EA, EIS, BA); Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (wetland delineations, Nationwide Permits, Individual Permits); and cultural resource compliance.

Recognized for his ability to resolve complex planning and permitting issues on public and private projects, Jack provides consultation as part of aci’s focus on solutions that enhance the natural and man-made environment while assisting client’s with informed policy and design decisions that are consistent and reduce risks and costs. Jack received a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University College of Architecture; was Principal Planner for the City of Scottsdale Arizona and is currently a member of the Jefferson County Planning Commission in Colorado.
